A local educational recruitment agency is seeking a part-time Learning Support Assistant to help enhance the student experience at Hertford Regional College. The role involves supporting learners with diverse needs across Broxbourne and Ware. Successful candidates will have experience in learning support, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering independence in young people. Work is term time only for three days a week, focusing on ensuring every learner can realize their potential.
We are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work at Hertford Regional College to help deliver an outstanding learner experience and be inspirational to students at their state‑of‑the‑art facilities in Broxbourne and Ware.
We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about enabling learners with identified learning differences to access the college environment, including academic support, pastoral support and communication for learners to realise their potential.
The roles are based on a working day of 9 am to 4 pm with a one‑hour lunch break, term time only. We have several positions available at Broxbourne and Ware, employed as a temporary agency worker via HRG, supporting learners in various departments. We are looking for individuals that can work 3 days per week.
Successful candidates will possess experience of working in learning support, display excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, an enthusiasm for promoting independence for young people, a commitment to the well‑being of all learners and a passion for constantly improving their learning experience.
