Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Weston‑Super‑Mare

Location: Weston‑Super‑Mare, Somerset

Contract type: Fixed term, part‑time (7 months)

Hours: 32.5 per week, Monday–Friday 8:15 am–3:45 pm (term time only)

Salary: £19,651.78 – £21,616.73 (E3 if unqualified, E4 if level 3 relevant qualification)

Start date: 9 February 2026 (or as soon as possible)

About you / Qualifications
  • Proactive, energetic, and committed; able to engage pupils and inspire confidence.
  • Calm, patient, and sensitive; able to comfort children when needed.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating a supportive learning environment.
  • Experience working with autistic children, social communication barriers, and complex needs (essential).
