Job Description

SEN Learning Support Assistant (Term-time only)

Pay range: LGPS 4 (pro‑rated)

FTE £25,185 (Actual Salary £17,508 per annum)

30 hours per week 08:30 to 15:20

Start: January 2026 – 12 month contract

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work with a range of needs. Experience with children with SEN or SEMH will support this role.

You will need a strong commitment to inclusive education and some experience of working with children or as a 1:1.

You will be approachable, resilient, and able to support our vulnerable students as well as our most able. A firm but fair approach and a commitment to support the Trust are essential.
