Overview

Learning Support Assistant - with responsibility for 1-1 personal care of a student with complex needs

Hours and duration

• Hours: 27.05 hours per week
• Monday to Friday 8.45am to 3.05pm (Flexible, part time, job share considered)
• Term-time only - 39 weeks per year
• Fixed-term to 31st August 2026 in the first instance

Role purpose

The main purpose of this role will be to provide practical and personal hygiene care support for an identified child with additional health needs. You will also be working with individuals, small groups and in class, supporting the learning needs of our students.

• Support individuals, small groups and classroom learning activities.
• Collaborate as part of a hardworking and supportive team.
• Flexible and committed to working as part of a team; prior experience is advantageous but training will be provided.
