A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join their secondary support team, dedicated to aiding students with a variety of educational needs.

You will be working under the guidance of the SENCO and teaching staff, providing targeted, one-to-one and group support, both in and out of the classroom.

What You'll Do

• Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs
• Help students engage with learning and build independence
• Support teaching staff with planning, assessment, and behaviour management
• Promote positive peer interaction and inclusion
• Supervise students during break-times and school trips/events
