A prominent educational institution in Esher seeks a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their enthusiastic team. This part-time position involves supporting students with special needs, helping them integrate fully into classroom activities. 18.5 hours a week, term time only (37.6 weeks), Worked over 3 days (8.40 am to 3.10 pm).
We can be flexible around start and finish times & the number of days worked part-time, however, one of the days needs to be a Monday.
Salary PS4:(£25,246 to £27,033 FTE). Starting pro-rata salary£10,853

You will be working in class, supporting key students to access the curriculum, as well as ensuring that the well-being, behaviour and personal development of students enhances their learning opportunities and life skills.
Previous experience of working with young people would be an advantage. A good level of written and spoken English is required, together with numeracy skills.
