A training consultancy is seeking a Learning Programmes Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate global learning initiatives across diverse client groups. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, particularly in training delivery and facilitation, with strong project management skills. You'll be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences and collaborating with various stakeholders to align programs with strategic goals. In this exciting role, the Learning Programmes Specialist will play a vital role in the design, development, and delivery of global frameworks and programmes, implementing learning interventions across multiple client groups and levels (new hires, individual contributors, managers, leaders, etc.). Working as a member of the Global Learning & Development team, you will act as a true expert in adult learning and facilitation. You will be responsible for bringing learning to life by managing and delivering a variety of initiatives, including management and leadership development programmes, soft skills workshops, and comprehensive onboarding. Crucially, this role requires the ability to navigate a complex, global matrix and adapt delivery styles to suit the unique cultures and needs of diverse internal client groups.
