Key Responsibilities

Programme Design & Delivery

  • Taking a strategic and proactive approach to the execution of learning, acting as the subject‑matter expert when engaging with colleagues on projects.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness to demonstrate Return on Investment (ROI) and ensuring continuous improvement of all programmes.
Skills & Attributes Required

  • Demonstrated ability to work within complex, matrixed organizations and manage the competing demands of multiple client groups simultaneously.
  • The emotional intelligence and flexibility to switch facilitation styles instantly depending on the audience, culture, and seniority level in the room.
  • Proven experience delivering the full “training cycle” (Design, Delivery, Evaluation) and utilising modern learning methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to command a room and engage audiences virtually and in‑person. Must have specific experience facilitating leadership development workshops.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programmes and cohorts simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work with ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment.
