An educational institution in Lower Blandford St Mary seeks a Learning Manager for Mathematics to lead curriculum design and support a talented teaching team. A one-off incentive bonus of up to £3,000 may be awarded upon successful completion of the probation period. The exact amount will be determined at the offer stage, based on the candidate's skills, experience and current salary.
Eligibility and incentive level will be assessed in relation to the job specification and required skill set.
Following successful completion of probation, candidates are required to remain in post for a minimum of 18 months. Early departure will result in full repayment of the incentive.
