A local school in the UK is seeking enthusiastic individuals for teaching support roles. You'll help maintain high teaching standards, create an engaging classroom atmosphere, and cover lessons in the absence of teachers. We are looking to appoint innovative and enthusiastic individuals who have the passion and ability to support high standards of teaching and learning across all subjects in school, and can create a purposeful learning atmosphere in a classroom. They must ensure that behaviour and learning is managed to the highest standards. A calm disposition, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are essential for the role.
Our Learning Managers are an important team, who provide stability and continuity for students’ learning by covering lessons for short-term teacher absence (up to 10 days).
The role is pivotal to improving Learning and Teaching and is included in the school’s programme of professional development for classroom practitioners. This is an ideal opportunity for you to personally develop in the role, and a great stepping stone for further work with students.
