A local educational institution in Chadderton seeks Learning Managers to enhance teaching quality and support students during short-term teacher absences. We are looking to appoint innovative and enthusiastic individuals who have the passion and ability to support high standards of teaching and learning across all subjects in the school, to create a purposeful learning atmosphere in the classroom and to ensure that behaviour and learning are managed to the highest standards. A calm disposition, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are essential for the role.
Our Learning Managers are an important team that provides stability and continuity for students' learning by covering lessons for short-term teacher absence (up to 10 days).
The role is pivotal to improving Learning and Teaching and is included in the school's programme of professional development for classroom practitioners. This is an ideal opportunity to personally develop in the role and a great stepping stone for further work with students.
