Job Description

The Learning Executive supports the smooth delivery and continuous improvement of LIONS Learning’s in-person Campus programmes, including the Cannes Lions Academies and CMO Accelerator in Cannes and around the world.

Working as part of a small, collaborative team and reporting into the Campus Manager, this role focuses on the day-to-day coordination of existing programmes.

The Learning Executive will help ensure courses are delivered to a high standard, contribute to curriculum and content updates, and support initiatives designed to improve learner satisfaction, NPS and retention.

This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone organised, proactive and interested in learning operations, education, events or the creative industries.

Key accountabilities
  • Programme delivery support: assist with the coordination and delivery of in-person Campus programmes, ensuring logistics, schedules and materials are prepared and up to date.
  • Content refresh and improvements: support updates to course content and session materials, working with internal teams and speakers to ensure relevance and quality.
  • Learning outcomes: help standardise and maintain clear learning outcomes across programmes, supporting consistency and quality.
  • Speaker operations: working with our Content Operations Manager, coordinate speaker logistics, including briefing materials, schedules, contracts and on-the-ground support.
  • Customer support processes: help standardise and deploy customer service processes across all Campus programmes, ensuring a smooth learner experience before, during and after delivery.
  • Web and course pages: support updates to course landing pages, including copy, structure and basic UX improvements, working with marketing or digital teams where required.
  • Feedback and reporting: support the collection and organisation of learner feedback, contributing to NPS reporting and programme improvements.
  • Team support: provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Campus team, contributing wherever needed to ensure successful delivery.
