A prominent art organization in Scotland is seeking a Learning + Engagement Programme Producer for their ambitious 2025 - 2028 program. Glasgow Sculpture Studios are looking to appoint a thoughtful, proactive, and passionate Learning + Engagement Programme Producer to support the delivery of our ambitious 2025 - 2028 programme.
Learning + Engagement Programme Producer
Fixed Term to end of September 2028 (32 months), with the possibility of extension dependent on funding

Delivery of GSS Learning + Engagement Programme
£28,000 per annum (£16,800 pro-rata)
3 days (21 hours) a week Ideal Monday to Wednesday 09:30–17:30, plus some evening and weekend work with time off in lieu. Hybrid working on request.
22 days statutory holidays per year plus 9 public holidays (14.5 days pro rata plus 5.5 public holidays pro-rata)

We’re delighted to be continuing our relationship with the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, who are generously supporting our work for a further three years. To deliver our ambitious 2025 - 2028 programme we’re seeking a thoughtful, proactive, and passionate Programme Producer. Working in close dialogue with the L+E Programme Manager this role will deepen the impact of our work with communities and artists in North Glasgow and create greater capacity to progress the strategic development of our Learning + Engagement Programme and GSS as a whole.
