Newbury Building Society is committed to supporting and enabling our people to be the best they can be. We are recruiting a Learning & Development Specialist to partner with the business and to deliver our learning and development strategy on a 12 month fixed term contract and on a full or part time basis (minimum 21 hours per week).

Reporting into the HR Manager you will partner with all areas of the business to ensure Newbury Building Society retains and develops skilled, enabled and engaged employees.
There is a lot to achieve in the next 12 months on top of a very busy last year, so this is a great opportunity to really influence the Learning & Development activity for the Newbury Building Society. We are based in the centre of Newbury and hybrid working expectations are a minimum of 40% of your time based in our head office. In return we offer a full time equivalent salary up to £34,500.
We aim to interview successful applicants within 10 working days. Interviews will comprise a 60-minute competency based process in Newbury. Feedback will be provided regardless of outcome. We reserve the right to close this vacancy at any point.
