Are you a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) professional with a passion for empowering others? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment? If so, we want you to join our team as an L&D Partner in our innovative telecare business!
In this exciting role, you will lead a team of trainers to deliver top-notch training programs to both new and existing colleagues. Your extensive L&D experience and proven line management skills will be crucial as you create and deliver engaging training across various platforms, including eLearning and face-to-face sessions.
You will be responsible for resourcing and planning training effectively, ensuring that all training initiatives are well‑organised and executed seamlessly. This includes identifying training needs, developing comprehensive training plans, and allocating resources efficiently to meet the demands of our growing team.

As an L&D Partner in our consumer telecare business, you will play a pivotal role in driving our learning and development initiatives across large, dynamic departments from our alarm receiving centre, customer care and dispatch teams. Our people are eager for impactful L&D interventions and support, whether it’s navigating system changes or enhancing customer experience through well‑documented processes and resources.
