🤩LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT PARTNER
🕰️Hours: 37.5 hours per week
📅Shift pattern:flexible to business needs (Mainly Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00)
💸Salary: £30,000- 32,000pa dependent on experience
📍Location: Norwich-Hybrid

This role is a UK-based role, and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.

In this exciting role, you will lead a team of trainers to deliver top-notch training programs to both new and existing colleagues. Your extensive L&D experience and proven line management skills will be crucial as you create and deliver engaging training across various platforms, including eLearning and face-to-face sessions.

You will be responsible for resourcing and planning training effectively, ensuring that all training initiatives are well‑organised and executed seamlessly. This includes identifying training needs, developing comprehensive training plans, and allocating resources efficiently to meet the demands of our growing team.

🎧THE ROLE

As an L&D Partner in our consumer telecare business, you will play a pivotal role in driving our learning and development initiatives across large, dynamic departments from our alarm receiving centre, customer care and dispatch teams. Our people are eager for impactful L&D interventions and support, whether it’s navigating system changes or enhancing customer experience through well‑documented processes and resources.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a key liaison to stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored training solutions that drive performance and engagement.
  • Resource and plan training effectively, ensuring that all programs are well‑organised and executed seamlessly.
  • Create and deliver engaging training across various platforms, including eLearning and face‑to‑face sessions.
  • Motivate and lead our team of trainers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
