Job summary

A nonprofit organization in Derry/Londonderry seeks a Learning & Development Officer to lead training for Peer Mentors under the Peace of Mind project. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a Learning & Development role.
• Experience in designing and delivering training courses.
• Experience in evaluating training programs through performance assessments.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage development programs for Peer Mentors.
• Evaluate effectiveness of training programs through assessments.
• Provide coaching support to Peer Mentors.
