Job summary

A leading organization in hospitality is seeking a dynamic L&D professional to design and implement impactful learning strategies. The role involves collaboration with senior leaders and facilitation of learning experiences for all team levels. Ideal candidates will have strong project management skills and expertise in adult learning principles, along with a CIPD Level 5 qualification. This position offers the flexibility of remote work with a full-time employment type.

Were on the lookout for a dynamic L&D pro whos as comfortable designing strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves and delivering hands-on learning. If you love empowering people driving change and making a real impact this is your moment.

What youll do :

  • Be a strategic partner to senior leaders shaping and delivering high-impact learning and development strategies that drive growth and performance.
  • Collaborate with People Partners and business leaders to align learning plans with workforce planning and change programmes.
  • Embed a coaching culture upskilling managers and leaders through workshops toolkits and live coaching.
  • Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences for everyonefrom execs to frontline teams.
  • Lead leadership and management development programmes ensuring they support our transformation and Centre of Excellence frameworks.
  • Deliver organisational development interventions team effectiveness diagnostics and cultural alignment projects.
  • Support talent reviews succession planning and development of future leaders.
  • Use data to evaluate impact and focus L&D efforts where they matter most.
  • Champion our values behavioural frameworks and leadership principles to build a consistent high-performing culture.

Qualifications :

  • Proven success in strategic and operational L&D ideally in complex multi-site environments.
  • Expertise in adult learning theory blended design and delivery.
  • Strong project management and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities.
  • Commercial awarenessaligning learning to business outcomes.
  • Digital learning tool proficiency (LMS Articulate etc.).
  • Background in hospitality retail leisure or frontline environments is a plus.
  • CIPD Level 5 in L&D (or equivalent) and a commitment to continuous development are desirable.
  • Insights accreditation is a bonus!
