As a Learning & Development Advisor, you will play a key role in designing high-impact training solutions for our pharmaceutical and medical customers. Partnering closely with the Business Development and client teams, you’ll serve as the lead Learning Strategist on projects, translating customer needs into powerful learning programs that drive commercial success.
This role focuses on content oversight and development, where you will provide direction to writers and step in to create content yourself. You will be instrumental in shaping effective training across multiple formats, from e-learning to live workshops.

Must have:
Previous training experience within the pharmaceutical/biotech healthcare industry is essential.
High-level of PowerPoint and writing skills in consulting or training with an understanding of instructional design.
Strong communication and organizational skills: ability to convey information clearly and effectively to both customers and team members; capable of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Customer Focused: Dedicated to meeting customer needs and exceeding their expectations.
Ability to travel 10% (domestic travel to client sites and office).
