Secondary Learning Coach

If you enjoy motivating young people and helping them grow their confidence, this Secondary Learning Coach role in Newcastle upon Tyne might be exactly what you’re looking for. You’ll support pupils who benefit from extra guidance in their learning, helping them feel ready to tackle new challenges.

A snapshot of your role as a Secondary Learning Coach

You’ll work closely with small groups and individuals who need additional support, whether that’s academic encouragement, help staying organised or a confidence boost with challenging tasks. This role suits someone who enjoys problem‑solving, listening and celebrating small wins.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
