A prominent social housing provider in West Yorkshire is seeking a Learning and Management Development Lead to create impactful learning experiences. The ideal candidate will develop programmes that improve workforce capability, lead management development initiatives, and enhance onboarding processes. As our Learning and Management Development Lead you’ll shape and deliver impactful learning experiences that strengthen capability, grow future leaders and enable real career progression across the organisation. Youll take ownership of our Manager Essentials offer helping managers build confidence, lead inclusively and drive performance through practical engaging and relevant development.
