We are recruiting a switched‑on, highly organised Learning & Development Development Officer to join a busy People team, with flexibility to appoint on either a temporary or permanent basis. The successful candidate will play an important role in upcoming project work, including a cultural review that will involve coordinating mini events, workshops, and focus groups. Delivery of mini learning and engagement events linked to a wider cultural review. Project‑based work supporting learning and organisational development activity.
