Avery Healthcare is looking for a passionate Learning and Development Facilitator to play a key role in empowering their teams to deliver outstanding care. The successful candidate will lead engaging training sessions across a cluster of homes, ensuring staff are confident, competent, and compliant.

Main duties of the job

As a Learning and Development Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on statutory and mandatory topics, identifying learning needs, designing and facilitating interactive induction and refresher courses, supporting both face-to-face and virtual learning experiences, and assessing learner understanding and confidence throughout the sessions.
