  • Develop creative concepts for learning campaigns, ensuring all designs align with HL brand guidelines and accessibility standards
  • Create and maintain e-learning modules, digital assets, infographics, videos, animations and other media using appropriate tools and software
  • Enhance existing learning materials by applying design principles that improve clarity, flow, and learner engagement, ensuring consistency across all learning channels
  • Ensure high standards of design quality, accuracy, and usability
  • Seek and respond to feedback from learners, stakeholders and peers to continually raise the quality and effectiveness of materials
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with timely delivery and accuracy
  • Keep up to date with design trends, learning technologies and emerging tools to enhance the visual impact of learning experiences
About you

You’ll ideally have experience in a fast‑paced Learning and Development role, with strong operational and design skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business.

Essential

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a learner‑first mindset
  • Organised and deadline‑driven
  • Passionate about using design to make learning more engaging and effective
Desirable
  • Experience working in a Financial Services background, having an understanding of regulatory requirements and contextual obligations
