Salary: Up to £28,000
Location: London (Hybrid, approx. 3 days a week onsite)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading media and creative organisation as a Talent Development Coordinator, supporting a wide range of learning, wellbeing and development programmes across the business.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Talent Development team to coordinate and deliver initiatives such as learning programmes, wellbeing activities and internal development pathways. You’ll manage logistics, scheduling, communication, reporting and day-to-day administration to ensure everything runs smoothly and delivers a great experience for participants.
