Learning and Development Coordinator - Bermondsey, London - £36,000

This role is perfect for someone starting or growing in L&D. What you’ll be doing as Learning & Development Coordinator:

• Own the day-to-day running of the Learning Loft, ensuring training rooms, meeting spaces and shared areas are clean, organised and guest‑ready
• Welcome guests, trainers and new starters, delivering engaging Loft inductions and first‑class experiences
• Support the delivery of training, guest experience sessions and ad‑hoc learning events
• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts, L&D, HR and business stakeholders to keep learning programmes on track
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers, raise purchase orders, process invoices and maintain accurate records
• Support learning engagement activities and events, ensuring every detail is thought through

• Experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, Office Coordination or Operations
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
