Overview

You’ll play a key role in promoting our milk deliveries in reusable glass bottles to residential customers—offering high-quality, locally sourced products you can be proud to represent and informing residents of potential cost saving benefits.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for Hanover Dairies, sharing our story as a family-run business since 1976
• Hand-deliver promotional leaflets which explain all the benefits to potential customers, this approach takes away the cold calling aspect of reaching out to the public as they are already aware of what is being offered and that you will be calling round
• Follow up on the leaflet drop by calling to the households and asking if the resident is interested and then signing them up
• Build rapport and tailor your approach to each individual household
• Answer customer questions about our products and services
• Inspire environmentally friendly choices and highlight the benefits of reusable glass bottles
• Achieve and exceed targets for new customer sign-ups and customer retention

Role Details

• Base location: Bicester, covering the wider Oxfordshire area
• Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Shift times: 12:00pm – 8:00pm (includes travel time and a 30-minute lunch break)
• Travel: Start your day in Bicester; a company vehicle is provided for daily duties
• You’ll bring an honest, personable approach and enjoy engaging with the public
