Qualifications

• Previous extensive experience as a live event AV technician, especially with LED skills.
• Technical production management experience in live events.
• Good understanding of event power and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to confidently calculate technical requirements like lens throws and power draws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and setup of all AV, lighting, and sound equipment.
• Assist in the maintenance and management of in-house equipment.
• Translate creative briefs into technical specifications.
• Serve as primary technical contact for clients.
• Supervise and coach technical staff and freelancers.
• Conduct health and safety assessments.
