The Role

As Head of Commercial Real Estate, you’ll:

• Lead, supervise and inspire a team of solicitors, trainees and support staff.
• Manage and grow your own caseload of high-quality commercial property matters.
• Play a central role in business development, nurturing existing relationships and forging new ones.
• Work closely with the Corporate team on transactional matters, ensuring seamless client service.
• Shape the department’s strategy, driving both financial and long-term success.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5years’ PQE in commercial real estate, with proven financial success.
• A confident leader with experience managing or mentoring others.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

The Commercial Real Estate team sits within a wider Corporate & Commercial department that has been recognised in Chambers for its expertise and SME focus. Clients span a wide range of sectors, with notable strength in hospitality and leisure. The team’s work covers everything from acquisitions and disposals, leases, property management and development, through to finance and disputes.
