Responsibilities

• Coordinate all design and technical aspects of high-spec residential developments.

• Work closely with site and commercial teams to ensure smooth information flow and programme alignment.
• Review drawings, ensuring design compliance, buildability and quality standards are met.
• Lead technical meetings and problem-solve design queries as they arise.
