The SRE Team

Our site reliability engineers (SREs) empower users with a rich feature set, high availability, and stellar performance levels.

About the role

This hands-on role involves working with the Software Engineering team to run the SRE function daily, collaborating closely with the Head of Engineering and cross-functional teams to develop solutions and positive user experiences.

You will review, lead, and drive our strategy for the maturity, security, performance, and scalability of our software and services across cloud infrastructure. You will have significant autonomy to shape the team’s future using your expertise in:

  • Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, Platform management
  • API development and deployment in containerized environments like Kubernetes
  • Implementing and enhancing Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform
  • Collaborating with stakeholders in an agile environment
  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring team members
  • AWS services such as IAM, S3, EKS, Networking
  • CloudFormation and CDK
  • Experience with serverless computing
