Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute routine planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on all mechanical and electrical plant equipment.
• Handle reactive tasks across the sites, identifying areas for improvement.
• Address plant faults to uphold operational efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in all plant rooms.

Skills

Team working experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)

Ability to think clearly in challenging situations

Strong background in Facilities Management

Knowledge of building services and relevant legislation

Education

HNC/HND/Foundation Degree

Apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical maintenance

City and Guilds 236 A&B or equivalent

IET 17th edition certification

City & Guilds 2394 / 2395 or 2391 Electrical Testing & Inspection or HVAC Qualified
