Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex internal fit-out packages.
• Strong leadership style — calm, confident, and able to drive performance.
• Excellent knowledge of program management and sequencing.
• Background in high-end residential, leisure, hotel or similar finishes.
• Able to manage specialist trades and hold them to account.
• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations for fit-out areas.
• Manage the construction program, sequencing, and short-term lookaheads.
• Coordinate and drive subcontractors to meet deadlines.
• Maintain strong health & safety standards across all works.
• Report progress to the Project Manager and client team.
• Resolve on-site issues quickly and proactively.
• Ensure design information is coordinated and buildable.
• Represent the contractor as a dependable leader on site.
