• Relevant industry experience (~10 yrs without PhD or ~7+ with PhD).
• Experience managing a small team (3-4 FTE).
• Solid knowledge of molecular biology techniques.
• Experience delivering antibody engineering workpackages for regulatory submission.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of protein scientists.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and set goals for the team.
• Propose and implement new technologies.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of work packages.
