Job summary

A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a landmark residential development in Folkestone. This role involves overseeing a project delivering 45 contemporary apartments within a 15-month build phase. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing large-scale residential projects and will ensure timely delivery within budget. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with a solid knowledge of UK building regulations and quality assurance processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years managing residential new-build projects of 45 units or more.
• Proven track record in complex urban infill developments.
• Strong knowledge of H&S standards and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life-cycle from site mobilization to practical completion.
• Oversee build contract management, including cost control and procurement.
• Ensure compliance of sub-contractors with specifications and quality standards.
• Manage design information flow between teams.
• Provide regular progress reports to Directors and financing team.
