A leading complex care provider in the UK is seeking an exceptional Lead Recruitment Executive to strategically oversee recruitment operations and coordinate field staff in a fast-paced environment. This senior role requires experience in health and social care recruitment, strong operational oversight, and a commitment to delivering excellent service. The successful candidate will lead recruitment KPIs, manage compliance with regulations, and ensure effective communication with both candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver a strategic, high-performing recruitment operation aligned with organisational growth plans.
  • Identify, attract, and shortlist candidates to fulfil complex service user care packages.
  • Design and execute targeted candidate attraction strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Write, place, and continuously optimise job advertising in line with internal compliance standards.
  • Manage application flow, ensuring a highly efficient and professional candidate journey.
  • Qualify, shortlist, and present high-calibre candidates for live vacancies.
  • Build long-term candidate relationships through consistent engagement and professional communication.
  • Proactively identify new candidate and client opportunities to support ongoing service demand.
  • Lead recruitment KPIs, performance management, and reporting.
  • Maintain absolute accuracy with recruitment systems and databases.
  • Operate in strict compliance with employment law, sector legislation, and best practice standards.
  • Manage field staff rotas, shift planning, and real-time communication.
  • Ensure full service continuity by covering unplanned absences and holidays.
  • Escalate non-compliance where necessary and contribute actively to operational improvement.
