Recruitment Consultant Lead – Children’s Services (Permanent & Temporary)

Salary: £30,000 starting salary + structured increases at 3, 6 & 12 months plus competitive commission structure

About the Role

P4 Recruitment is offering a rare and exciting opportunity for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to lead and build our Children’s Services sector nationwide, covering both permanent and temporary recruitment. This is not a standard consultant role. You will be given the autonomy, backing, and progression plan to grow the Children’s division from the ground up, with a clear pathway to build and lead a team across the sector. If you are driven, commercially minded, and motivated by long-term leadership progression, this role has been designed for you.
