Job Title: Lead Receptionist

Location: Rutland Veterinary Centre - Oakham

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week with participation in the weekend rota (Max 1:3 though currently 1:6). Hours can be worked over 4 or 5 days

Salary: £33,280 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic Lead Receptionist to join our friendly team at Oakham. In return we offer a friendly, supportive environment along with a comprehensive 6-month induction program that will ensure you’re equipped with the knowledge needed to effectively lead the team. The right candidate will have access to further training and development opportunities through our CPD programs.

The role:
  • Demonstrate your strong leadership skills to support and engage your team
  • Deliver excellent communication and show good interpersonal skills
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong caring relationships with our clients
  • Working alongside and supporting the Senior Leadership Team with effective client care strategies
  • Resolve issues and concerns effectively with compassionate care to our clients
  • Manage rotas and administration requirements

Rutland Veterinary Centre is a first opinion veterinary practice with 5 branches and a hospital in the surrounding area. We pride ourselves in offering on-site emergency care, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
