A leading facilities management provider in the UK seeks a Lead Quality Contract Representative to promote quality assurance and continuous improvement across contracts. The successful candidate will conduct audits and inspections, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to assurance reporting. Strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset are essential. The role offers a hybrid work structure, competitive salary, and various perks including a company car or allowance.
VIVO provides facilities management and accommodation maintenance for the UK military and its partners. VIVO embodies both experience and innovation.
We put our Customers and Families First. They are the driving force behind everything we do. We drive forward improvements for them to ensure the service they receive, whether reactive repairs or a major project, is completed safely and on time. In order to achieve this, we have 4 core values: open, caring, agile and collaborative. These are at the heart of everything we do.
At VIVO, we’re on a mission to deliver outstanding support across MOD Accommodation contracts-and quality is at the heart of everything we do.
As our Lead Quality Contract Representative, you’ll champion Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement across the contract, acting as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and supply chain partners.
You will conduct audits, inspections, and assurance sampling to verify compliance and ensure the reliability of completed work, while working closely with both the client and VIVO’s operational teams to deliver inspection programmes efficiently and to the highest standard. You will support the development and improvement of the Contract Quality Plan and work with the Contract Quality Manager to analyse trends arising from audits, inspections, and customer feedback. Accurate record‑keeping across VIVO systems such as VMS and CAFM will be essential.
Data analysis will be a central part of your role, leading efforts to collect, review, and interpret quality information to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Your insights will contribute to assurance reporting and support monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
Strong relationships will be key to your success; you will work closely with staff, suppliers, and contractors to ensure consistent processes, deliver training on VIVO’s assurance systems, and confidently represent the quality function in meetings. You will also be expected to take part in regular professional development and support any additional tasks as required by your manager.
You will have proven experience in quality assurance or contract management, supported by advanced IT skills—particularly in Excel—and strong analytical insight.
You will be an effective communicator with excellent stakeholder management experience, able to produce high‑quality reports and deliver clear training.
Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing competing priorities, you will bring a collaborative approach and hold a full UK driving licence for essential travel. Ideally, you may also have experience within Facilities Management or contract management, knowledge of risk management and supplier performance evaluation, familiarity with ISO standards, Lean Six Sigma experience, or strong project and change management skills.
You’ll join a supportive, forward‑thinking team that genuinely values quality. This is a role where your voice matters and where you will have the opportunity to influence processes, shape improvements, and help set the standard of excellence across a major national contract. If you’re ready to take the lead in driving quality, improving processes, and strengthening performance across the MOD Accommodation contract, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and help us build a better standard for tomorrow.
