Lead Project Professional - Delivery

Location: Frimley. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £47,271 + depending on experience.

What you'll be doing:
  • Working with customers and stakeholders to drive and manage delivery of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) onto platform.
  • Influencing and managing a wide range of stakeholders including MOD and shipbuilder.
  • Understanding and managing complex dependencies across stakeholders.
  • Reporting project status at monthly reviews.
  • Business improvement and implementation of programme initiatives.
  • Building and maintaining effective liaison with all functional groups involved in project delivery.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver complex systems engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement, dependency management, and clear, confident communication across all levels.
  • Strong capability to challenge stakeholders constructively and ensure accountability for performance and delivery outcomes.
  • Proficient in project scheduling, control mechanisms, and progress reporting to drive transparency and efficiency.
  • Advanced problem‑solving skills with a track record of resolving cross‑functional delivery issues and aligning stakeholders to meet critical deadlines.
Desirable:
  • Possession of, or actively pursuing, a recognised project management qualification.
