Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the high‑risk production area on day shift.
• Drive production performance, ensuring targets, efficiency and consistency are achieved.
• Monitor automated equipment and escalate issues to Engineering.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and GMP standards.
• Lead, coach and motivate operatives to deliver high performance.
