Job description
Lead Product Manager – Platform / Developer Experience.

You’ll be joining one of the most exciting and fastest-growing payments businesses in Europe. In under four years they’ve gone from challenger to category leader, serving more than 100,000 customers and processing billions annually. Their growth has been fuelled by an exceptionally modern engineering culture and a fully cloud-native approach that sets the benchmark for their industry.

Your product is the internal platform. Your users are hundreds of engineers. Your work shapes the systems that power everything.

What you will be doing
  • Own the strategy for a next generation internal developer platform
  • Bring together infrastructure, observability, orchestration and documentation into one unified experience
  • Define and evolve the golden paths that remove friction and unlock developer flow
  • Shape the end‑to‑end developer journey, from onboarding to deployment
  • Identify bottlenecks, toil and cognitive load, and solve them with clarity and simplicity
  • Build data‑driven measurement frameworks using quantitative and qualitative insight
  • Automate governance, compliance, cost visibility and infrastructure hygiene
  • Run internal discovery: interviews, beta programmes, research, adoption loops
  • Influence cross‑functional squads and shape the roadmap across the entire platform group
  • Potentially lead a Senior PM as the organisation evolves

You’ll also explore meaningful AI use cases that enhance developer experience, improve feedback loops and accelerate delivery across hundreds of engineers.

What you will bring
  • Experience as a technical product manager working with platform, cloud or developer‑facing tools
  • Strong technical fluency across cloud‐native environments, microservices and modern infrastructure
  • A product mindset that combines data, research and empathy
  • The ability to translate complex engineering needs into simple, compelling product decisions
  • The confidence to lead strategy, influence teams and bring people with you
  • Curiosity, ownership, proactive problem‑solving and a customer‑first way of thinking
  • Experience mentoring or leading PMs is a bonus but not essential
Why this role is special

You’re joining at the perfect point. The orchestration layer is built. The foundations are strong. Now you get to take the platform to its next phase of maturity and significantly increase productivity across the entire engineering organisation.

The work is challenging, strategically important and highly visible. You will have real autonomy, the trust of senior leadership and the space to build something truly world‑class.

Ways of working

This team believes their best work happens together. Being in the same space four days a week accelerates creativity, communication and problem‑solving. If you enjoy fast thinking, rapid collaboration and people with energy, you will thrive.

They hire people who are curious, relentless and customer‑obsessed. Diversity and inclusion sit at the heart of how they build teams, products and experiences. If you care deeply about your craft and want to build something that sets a new standard, this could be your next step.
