Overview

éShop Content Services is seeking a talented and experienced Campaign Producer to join our fast‑paced London studio. The ideal candidate is a proactive self‑starter with exceptional communication skills, keen attention to detail and a strong creative vision. A deep understanding of visual culture, video production, virtual production, AI, and emerging content trends is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all operational aspects of projects from inception to completion, including briefs, PPMs, scheduling, resource allocation, timeline estimation, cost tracking, post‑production and final delivery.
  • Serve as the project lead, proactively identifying and resolving obstacles to ensure smooth production workflows.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams while managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Lead project‑related meetings (kickoffs, status updates, internal reviews, etc.) to align stakeholders and ensure clear action plans.
  • Analyze and refine project requirements, even in ambiguous situations, continuously optimizing processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional departments to ensure all produced assets comply with legal and contractual guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to creative teams, helping prioritize tasks and maintain alignment with milestones and deadlines.
  • Bring experience in managing and delivering high volumes of visual assets to external partners efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a Producer, Production Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role within a production company, design studio, or in‑house creative operations team.
  • Proven expertise in campaign management for digital marketing across various platforms, including mobile, web, and social media.
  • Extensive experience producing luxury and premium video content, with understanding in virtual production and optimizing post‑production workflows for high‑volume output.
  • Highly self‑motivated, adaptable, and exceptionally organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to synthesize feedback and input from cross‑functional teams, including business stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of creative best practices and digital content development processes.
  • Proven experience and understanding of creative processes and talent resourcing to effectively execute campaigns and events to the highest standard.
  • Proficient in design tools and Digital Asset Management platforms, including Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships across teams.
  • Strong background in managing asset workflows, overseeing creative processes, and collaborating effectively with creative teams.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
