Lead Practitioner

Location: Barnsley

Salary: £32,220 - £43,590

Permanent, Full Time

About the role

As the Lead Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting and providing guidance and line management to our dedicated staff. You will also carry a small caseload of clients, engaging in case management, multi-agency collaboration, data analysis, and coordination of group work delivery. This is an on‑site role; no hybrid working options are available. This role will require you to work across both sites, depending on capacity and need.

As a Lead Practitioner, you will be responsible for:
  • Supporting the team and Area Managers
  • Providing guidance and line management to staff members
  • Carrying a small caseload of clients, offering case management and support (If necessary)
  • Fostering collaboration with multiple agencies to enhance service delivery
  • Analysing data and contributing to the development of evidence‑based practices
  • Coordinating the delivery of group work sessions, outreach and targeted pieces of work to improve health inequalities within Barnsley.
  • Adhering to national guidelines and providing the development of staff to provide exceptional care for people who use our service.
  • Supporting the team to achieve all KPI’s and targets.
