Responsibilities
  • Contributing to the strategic enablement plan by offering insights that align with business goals and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Executing strategic initiatives that enhance partner and client experiences, enable effective solution adoption, and maximise value delivery.
  • Designing and implementing scalable processes that empower partners and clients to self-serve and achieve success independently.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Implementation) to align initiatives and streamline integration.
  • Serving as the knowledge leader on partner and client enablement, leveraging internal resources such as the Help Centre and CXOne processes.
  • Analysing data and insights to identify trends, measure impact, and continuously refine enablement strategies.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for optimisation and innovation, driving change initiatives that strengthen business performance.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with partners and clients to align our solutions with their strategic objectives.
  • 5+ years' experience in partner or client management roles, ideally within technology or SaaS industries.
  • Proven success in managing strategic initiatives, process optimisation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Experience working with Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partners, particularly in deployment, configuration, and integration.
  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing enablement strategies that drive measurable partner and client success.
