A well-established financial services company in Fareham is seeking a Lead Monitoring Surveyor to manage residential development projects. Responsibilities

  • Assist with the appraisal of new residential development projects.
  • Monitor ongoing projects to ensure adherence to budget.
  • Review site reports and provide feedback.
  • Liaise with external advisors for construction documentation.

Skills

Ability to work on own initiative
Full UK driving licence
Regular UK travel

Education

RICS Qualified Preferred
Minimum 3 years Industry experience
HND Level 5 or Bachelor's preferred
