Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer facing outsourcing environment.
• Strong demonstrable competencies of dealing with building services plant.
• Knowledge and experience working on HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Manage and cover all call out responsibilities out of hours.
• Ensure compliance with AWSL rules and policies.
