Responsibilities
  • Lead medication safety with a monthly seminar for clinical staff.
  • Oversee medication management and medicines optimization.
  • Maintain precise documentation during clinical pharmacy activities.
  • Assist in reviewing and developing department SOPs to ensure high standards.
  • Professional communication with service users.
  • Active participation in multidisciplinary teamwork.
  • Develop and maintain pharmacy expertise.
  • Monitor pharmacy charging for accurate revenue capture.
  • Deputize for the Pharmacy Manager when needed.
