We’re looking for a Lead Product / Growth Marketer to help build the next chapter for Juniper, expanding from a single weight management program into a connected ecosystem of products and services.
This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and strategy, shaping how each new offering – from hair and menopause to diagnostics and commerce – comes to life under one coherent Juniper experience. You’ll own the story and proposition that make these new products resonate, and the growth playbook that turns them into scalable businesses.
You’ll partner with product, CRM, and the core growth team to design and test how ecosystem propositions show up across every channel. You’ll also work closely with each business line to sharpen their individual value propositions, build bundles and membership models, and define how they ladder up to Juniper’s broader ecosystem vision.
It’s a rare blend of strategy, creativity, and hands‑on experimentation. You’ll move fast, translate insight into narrative and execution, and work cross‑functionally to bring bold ideas to life – from first positioning to GTM launch and scaling what works.
