Job summary

A regional mental health trust in Worthing is looking for a Nurse, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist to join their Neighbourhood Mental Health Team. The successful candidate will facilitate psychoeducational groups and provide individual therapeutic interventions for patients. You will manage referrals, support daily service operations, and need experience with complex mental health issues. The position offers a competitive salary, including a £2,000 Golden Hello or Relocation Incentive, along with excellent training and supervision opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Registered Occupational Health Therapist providing individual therapeutic interventions.
  • Experience supporting patients with complex mental health needs.
  • Ability to manage own clinical case load and facilitate groups.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate psychoeducational and creative groups for patients.
  • Manage referrals to the Group Treatment Programme daily.
  • Assess patients for suitability for group treatment.

Education

Registered Occupational Health Therapist with current registration
Completion of Mentorship Course/ENB equivalent
