Lead Generation Executive – Exterior Cleaning Franchise | Remote (UK-based) | Self-Employed | £27,000–£30,000 per annum (DOE)

Our client is one of the UK’s fastest-growing franchise networks, providing professional exterior cleaning services to both residential and commercial properties. Their brand is built on quality, consistency, and trust – values that have helped them become a recognised name in the industry.

As they continue to expand nationally, they are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join their growing team.

This is a full-time, self-employed role, working flexibly but aligned to UK business hours. Success in this role will be measured through qualified leads generated, conversion rates, and franchisee feedback. While the role is UK-focused, our client is also open to candidates based abroad (for example, in Spain) who have relevant experience and can work effectively with the UK network.

What will your role look like?
  • Generate and convert leads through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Manage and convert incoming enquiries to maximise sales opportunities
  • Support franchisees with local sales and marketing campaigns
  • Use the CRM system to track and manage your pipeline
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns to boost brand awareness
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimise customer experience

  • Opening doors with potential contacts
  • Reaching out to FM and property management companies
  • Professionally introducing My Property Pros
  • Enquiring about supplier lists and approved vendor processes
  • Sending brochures and introductory materials
  • Creating warm leads for franchisees to follow up
