Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in working with rotating machinery.
• 5+ years’ workshop experience in disassembly and assembly of rotating machinery.
• Experience with precision measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical fitting activities for overhaul, repair, and testing of pump assemblies.

Skills

Experience with rotating machinery, primarily pumps and motors

Workshop experience in disassembly, reporting and assembly of rotating machinery

Experience working within a workshop environment

Experience with PME (precision measuring equipment)

Requirements

To carry out mechanical fitting activities associated with the overhaul, repair and testing of rotating equipment, predominantly pump assemblies. Knowledge of centrifugal pump overhaul and maintenance is desirable.
